Glenn Parks and George Mora
Glenn Parks has been growing California Avocados for a long time. Though he has quite a staunch business persona, Glenn's sentimental side breaks through every time he thinks about the people who have grown up alongside his avocado trees, especially when it comes to his friend and foreman George Mora.
Glenn worked with George's father over 40 years ago and he has been Glenn's most loyal employee since his younger days as a picker. Now almost 40 years later, George has helped raise a new generation of California Avocado trees, and a new generation of field hands to nurture them. George has seen that a worker flourishes best with strong roots, a concerned eye, and most importantly, a caring hand.
Favorite Recipe
Glenn and George keep it simple: they prefer plain California Avocado in a half shell.
