Ingredients

  • 4.0004 ripe, Fresh California avocados, seeded and peeled
  • 2.0002 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 0.667 cup diced tomato, seeded and well drained
  • 0.500½ cup chopped green onion
  • 4.0004 serrano chiles, chopped
  • 0.500½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1.0001 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Stir in lime juice.
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  4. Guacamole is best made as close to serving as possible.
  5. For short-term storage, seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap against the surface of the guacamole.
