    ripe, Fresh California Avocados, mashed
  • 1.500 1 ½ Tbsp.
    lemon juice

    Seasoned salt and lemon pepper to taste

    California Avocado Salsa

  • 1.000 1
    California Avocado, seeded, peeled; diced
  • 1.000 1 cup
    tomatoes, diced small
  • 0.333 ⅓ cup
    red onion, diced small
  • 1.000 1 Tbsp.
    jalapeño, minced
  • 1.000 1 Tbsp.
    lemon juice
  • 1.000 1 Tbsp.
    cilantro, minced
